The front seats are allocated by the pilot and this is based on weight and balance of the aircraft. So unfortunately this is not possible on a shared flight.

On an exclusive flight this may be possible but is subject to the conditions above.

An exclusive flight is one where you pay for the sole use of the helicopter and may fill all or only one seat of the aircraft if you wish – subject to a maximum weight limitation, depending on which aircraft you fly in.

A shared flight is one that other people will be on.

We do our best to seat people in the same group next to each other but on very rare occassions this may not be possible due to weight and balance limitations of the aircraft.

A valid form of ID is required on the day. When you book/check-in there are a few ID options that you need to fill in before the flight. The ID that you selected here is what you need to bring with you on the day.

All flights from all locations, despite the branding of each base, are operated by A2B Heli (Charters) Ltd – AOC OL/B/617 (formerly, London Helicopter Charters)

We like to allow 30 minutes for the check-in and briefing.

The minimum weight for a tour over London is 15kg as this is the minimum weight that our life jackets are designed for.

The maximum weight per person is 110kg / 17st. If you are more than this weight you will possibly need to buy another seat. This is due to the size of the seats and comfort for other passengers. On check-in you will get a warning by email if your weight is close to this limit.

All passengers are weighed upon arrival.

The minimum age is 4 for our tours. People under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
